1. Providing Technical support on UNIX or Linux based applications over phone/email.
Primary Skill-set:
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Good working knowledge in UNIX or Linux shell environment
• Good knowledge on UNIX shell scripting, Perl, Python
• Excellent Troubleshooting skills
Secondary Skill-set:
• Knowledge on SQL Server/Oracle
Essentials:
Openness to work in shifts
Willingness to re-locate to Chennai
Education: 3 yrs degree in Maths, Computers or BE or B tech.
Experience:
Candidates with a minimum of 2 - 5years of relevant experience with above skills will be preferred
