Technical experts for TeleWorker Voice Process
Criteria’s:
Technical Support Engineers – 6months to 1 year of experience
Technical Graduate (BE/BTech or BSc/MSc in Computer Science/Electronics) with CCNA (Certification is must)
OSI model – thorough knowledge
Networking – knowledge of Routers, Switches, Routing and Routed protocols, IP add, TCP/IP and UDP
DSL and Cable technologies
Understanding of VPN technologies
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Willing to work in night shifts
Note: This Referral Scheme is applicable from Feb 12, ’09 to Mar 31, ’09 only.
