· Yrs of Exp: 5 yrs
· Health Care Domain Exp is mandatory- min 1 yr
· SQL Script writing Exp is mandatory- min 1 yr
· Should be good in troubleshooting
· Should be good in Client interaction so need to have good
communication skills
· Should have handled a team of 4 to 5 members
· Should have good leadership skills
· Should be willing to work in 24*7 support
· Education: Any Graduate but Pharmacy background is preferred
2) Product Support Analyst - Team member position (PFM Application)
· Yrs of Exp: 2 to 4 yrs
· Should be good in troubleshooting
· Should be good in Client interaction so need to have good
communication skills
· Exp in Mumps/Cache is mandatory ? min 1 yr
· Exposure to DB, SQL Script writing is preferred
· Health Care Domain Exp is preferred
· Should be willing to work in 24*7 support
· Education: Any Graduate
3) Product Support Analyst - Team member position(PFM App)
· Yrs of Exp: 2 to 4 yrs
· Health Care Domain Exp is mandatory- (Exp in Billing module/
Medical Insurance module is required - min 1 yr)
· SQL Script writing Exp is mandatory- min 1 yr
· Should be good in Client interaction so need to have good
communication skills
· Should be willing to work in 24*7 support
· Education: Any Graduate
4) Product Support Analyst - Team member position (SCM-Clinical)
· Exp level - 1-5 yrs
· Clinical Degree is a must (B.Pharma, BDA, BAMS, BHMS, Nursing etc)
· Exposure to Healthcare IT or domain is must
· Experience in SQL will be a plus
· Good Communication is mandatory
· Should be willing to work in 24*7 support
