We have opening for technical support representative(Voice process) in a MNC company.

Shift:US shift.
Job designation:L1 Support specialist.
Age:Below 33 years.
Joining date:Immediate.
Salary:Upto 2,80,000Rs per annum+60,000 Rs incentive(Per annum)
Education qualification:Min 10+2 or 10+3 completed.

Exp:Min 6 months - 3 years in Technical support.
CCNA Course is Mandidatory.
International call center experience would be added advantage.

All the rounds are conducted through telephonic.

Interview rounds:
1.HR Round
2.Voice and Ascent round
3.Technical round.

Job description:
Managing each customer interaction to the satisfaction of the customer
Problem isolation and identification
Engagement and interaction handling of customer to an acceptable closure
Managing each customer interaction to their satisfaction
Remotely access and troubleshoot if needed

Technical skills required:
• OSI model - Thorough knowledge
• Networking - Basic and advanced knowledge
• Wireless networking - Basic and advanced knowledge
• Windows OS / Server - Basic and advanced knowledge
• DSL and Cable technologies - Preferable
• Dial up - Added advantage
• Linux Servers - Basic knowledge
• Preferably 1 year exp in networking
• Knowledge about Wifi
