Skills : SAP CRM ecommerce, Middleware

Desired Experience : 4 - 6 Years of experience in SAP out of which minimum 2 - 3 years in SAP CRM

Minimum 1-2 end to end implementation in SAP CRM internet sales
Good CRM domain experience
Exposure to Enterprise portal
Strong ECC to CRM middleware knowledge
Expertise in CRM sales, pricing and crm base customizations
Working knowledge in ASAP methodology
Strong troubleshooting & support skills as well as strong written & verbal communication skills required
Excellent Customer interaction skills

2. CRM Interaction center Functional Consultant

Skills : SAP CRM Interaction center

Desired Experience : 4 - 6 Years of experience in SAP out of which minimum 2 - 3 years in SAP CRM
Minimum of 1-2 end to end implementations in SAP CRM CIC
CRM domain experience
CRM 2007 experience is desirable
