Designation: Application Engineer


Job Role:

Should have the efficiency to interface with enterprise clients, and provide remote Technical support on implementation of java and database technology and resolve product related issues through research and troubleshooting.

The role definition is:
Ensure defined SLA metrics are met
Identify and verify customer’s problems
Perform investigation to identify the root cause and provide solution through voice, email and remote assistance.
Follow technical escalation process.

Essentials & Core Skill set:

• 1 to 3 yrs of Experience
• The ideal candidate will be a graduate, who is a self-starter, with excellent
• Interpersonal, communication, documentation, problem solving and trouble- shooting skills.
• Core Java & RDBMS with good troubleshooting skills.

• Good understanding of Server Scripting & client scripting languages ( Java Script & JSP )
• Knowledge in Database Query Writing ( Oracle, Sql Server)
• Understanding of Business Process Management.

• Working knowledge of Linux Operating System

• Exposure to Databases and webserver like Apache & MySql is preferred.

• Willingness to work in international time zones& relocation to Chennai are a must
