We are looking for candidates for fresh or transfer of H1/B1/L1 VISA.
Mandatory Requirements for Eligibility:
IT Experience: Minimum 2-6 yrs
Type: Permanent (Full Time)
Location: Falls Church, Virginia and Client site, USA
Education Qualification: BE (Computer/ Electronics/ Electrical) / MCA
Certification: Sun Solaris/Red Hat Certification/Willing to complete the certification before flying to USA.
Salary Package: $40-60K/Year (INR 20LPA – 30 LPA)
Requirements:
• Candidates must be certified in their respective field
• Result oriented, motivated, specialty, highly organized individuals with excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills.
• Minimum 2 years of IT Experience
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly will be appreciated
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
• Willing to relocate to USA for long term.
Terms & Conditions:
• The company is not going to take a single penny from the candidates.
• On the selection, every candidate has to sign two important agreements i.e. Bank Guarantee Agreement & Employment Agreement with ACS.
• Bank Guarantee Agreement: It states that every candidate has to provide ACS with a Bank Guarantee of 2.5 lacs for 18 months. This bank guarantee will be kept with the company as a security & the same will be returned to the candidate after the tenor completes. This will be mentioned in the agreement as well. We take this Bank Guarantee of 2.00 lacs because the company is going to file for the Visa & Visa stamping for them. Not only this, The Company will also take care of the Airfare of the candidates.
• Employment Agreement: It states that every candidate has to sign the Employment Agreement for 18 months with the company. He needs to provide ACS with a cheque of 2.50 lacs. This will be a security cheque which the company will keep with themselves for 18 months & as the tenor will complete the cheque will be returned to the candidate. The same will be mentioned in the agreements as well.

Brief Process:
1. Interview.
2. Documentation.
3. Background check.
4. VISA filing thru abacus.
5. VISA approval & Stamping.
6. Arrival to the US and client project work.
7. Permanent residency (Green Card) in 6 to 9 month filing .
8. Appraisal in every 6 months with 4% to 10% increment.
