Experience required:
• Functional experience - Experience in managing functions such as Accounts Payables, Fixed Assets Accounting, Inventory, Reconciliations, MIS reporting are desirable
• Minimum of 3 years experience in General Ledger Accounting is mandatory
• Hands-on experience is activities like Process Maps, Standard operating procedures, KPI, SLAs etc
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in handling Finance & Accounts process in any BPO
• Experience in support functions like quality, training etc will be an added advantage
• Candidate with process improvement capabilities such as experience in quality projects will be preferred
• Proficiency in MS-Excel with knowledge on Pivot table, V-Lookup, H-Look up is must
• Should have hands on experience with SAP ERP packages to help the team in resolving functional issues
Qualification: MBA Finance/M. Com/B.Com/CA (Minimum of 60% in Graduation, 10th & 12th)
Experience: 5 - 8years
Responsibilities:
• Should handle a team size of 20+
• Supervising business analysis and planning activities
• Maintenance of SLAs and make sure to adhere the same
• Should be capable of conducting annual appraisals
• Assisting in the development of capabilities and performance measurements/KPI’S
• Preparation of the reports for the management and for the clients on a regular basis
• Client Relationship Management

This website provides different facilities like Data Synchronization of NEST local database with the online database, attendance management, class’s management and student management. This school admin creates courses and schedules for a particular style. He will assign instructor and students to that course. The instructor can enter attendance for the students of a course for a particular schedule. The instructor is facilitated to modify the attendance of a course. It can also store the grading history of a student. The user can also view various reports on student attendance both course – wise and student – wise. The frequency of the reports can be daily, weekly and monthly. The schools can also make a budget forecast for any year starting with different months and also view their performance by viewing the league tables. They can also plot their performance against the average of all schools.
SMS is the one of module of the NEST. The School will send messages to students. If students have mobile number then SMS will be send else Email will be send.
The messages will be two types
1. General Message
2. Birthday Wishes
School Administrator can also view the details of the messages sent to students. The NEST Administrator can also view the details of the messages sent by each school; he can also view the credits.
Biometric Attendance Module:
This module provides interfaces to Biometric device to get fingerprints register & reassign done, and also to capture student attendance with biometric device provided.
This module has following sub-modules
• Student Mapping (Biometric interfaces)
• Attendance Module
Student mapping module: This module provides the interface to map the student id to student fingerprints. This information is used in tracking the student for attendance.
