Candidate Location:-- Anywhere in India, but will to relocate Gurgaon only.
Office timings 24*7 environment



Position: Lead - AIX Server Support


Location:
Gurgaon

Position Objective: To provide Remote Technical Support to IBM's Customers, both internal and external, on multiple products, subsystems, and/or Systems in the High Availability Product Environment


Experience:

1 Year to 2 year with a min of 1Year hands on experience in AIX software.



Qualifications:

Computer Science Degree or equivalent




Responsibilities:


Ensure Customer Satisfaction, and end-to-end Issue Resolution (as per defined Processes) on each Customer Contact

Deliver & perform as per the defined SLAs
Ensure Adherence to Existing Processes
Meet Productivity Metrics





Competencies Required:

Mandatory :
Expertise in AIX Operations/Administration
Excellent Verbal Communication Skills (English)
At least 1 Year Experience with the AIX Operating System
Min 12 Months of Tier-1 Remote Technical Support Experience for International Clients (Overall Work Experience - 2 Years or above)

Preferred:
AIX Certification (With Programming or Scripting Experience)
At least 2 Years Experience Supporting the AIX Operating System
Min I Year of System pâ„¢ Support Experience
