Responsibilities:
•Work in the Product Development team to build the Next Generation Contact Center Solutions for our customers.
•Deliver work in a structured manner using OOAD methodologies and provide technical insights to the team in the area of your expertise.
•Specific responsibilities include Design and coding of Modules and components assigned, documentation of work performed.
•Writing Functional and technical documentation of the Software developed.
Desired Profile:
Requirements:
•Applicants must possess at least a Diploma/Graduate degree in any stream.
•Should possess at least 1 year of full time work experience (i.e. industry experience).
•Candidates must have experience in Core Java, JSP, Servlets, Java Beans, EJB, RMI, OCX and DLLs, scripting language like JavaScript, MSSQL/Oracle and Windows operating system.
•Candidates with less than 1 year's relevant experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Software Engineer.
•Candidates having programming experience with Dialogic Cards, TAPI, JTAPI and CORBA Specification will be preferred.
•Ability to understand Business requirements and conduct gap analysis will be preferred.
•We place a premium on good communication skills. This includes both written and spoken communication with Language-Neutral accent.
•Applicants must be willing to work in Mumbai and may occasionally need to undertake long term as well as short term travel on assignments away from work base.
